CLOSET DETOX
A CLEARING, A HOMECOMING
Do you ever stand in front of your closet
and feel… nothing? Or too much?
Like there
’s a sea of clothes, and still
— nothing feels right.
Maybe you hold onto pieces just in case…
Or you wear the same few things every day because it’s easier.
Maybe you’re waiting. For a body to change. A life to begin.
For permission.
CLOSET WORK IS NEVER
JUST ABOUT CLOTHES.
It’s emotional. Tender. A process of releasing what no longer fits
— not just on your body, but in your life.
Together, we’ll gently sort through what’s there:
What still feels like you
What’s just taking up space
What’s been quietly asking to be let go
THIS IS A RECLAMATION.
A WAY OF CLEARING SPACE — IN YOUR CLOSET AND IN YOUR BODY — SO SOMETHING NEW CAN ARRIVE.
LET THIS BE A RESET.
A SOFT EXHALE.
A RETURN TO WHAT FEELS TRUE.

DEBRA’S WORK IS TRANSFORMATIVE.
Going inwards with Deborah could be the most revolutionary work I’ve ever done, and I’ve been in the healing space for nearly 20 years, even making a profession out of it. Yet, this work is also the most raw and challenging because it goes against everything we’ve been taught. From the beginning, we are conditioned to believe that healing and wholeness come from external forces—a teacher, a medicine, a supplement—something outside of ourselves that will save or fix us.
With Deborah as your guide, she invites you to reconnect with these parts of yourself that have always been there, but buried, suppressed, silenced, or numbed. I used to believe myself to be my greatest enemy, constantly pushing myself forward, thinking I could force my way through the pain and trauma only if I tried the next best thing. Meanwhile, deeper parts of me were begging to slow down, to be seen, to be heard.
Deborah’s patient support allows you to sit with those hidden, shameful, painful aspects of yourself, and receive their message.
Working with Deborah is like coming home to your full self. Through this work, I have reconnected with my childlike innocence, my ancestry, my divine feminine, and my true essence. I now wish I could go back and do it all over again, with more love, more kindness, more integration, because life would have been so much easier. But if reading this encourages even one more person to experience Deborah’s work, then I know everything has had a purpose.
In a world filled with healing trends, trauma stories, and bypassing, Deborah is something different. She is like that wise friend—deeply knowing, beautifully authentic, truthful and real. After years of searching for answers outside myself through various modalities and ‘healers’, I finally see the truth: I have been my own healer all along. Deborah simply helped me remember. Her patience, compassion, and grace allow your system to expand its capacity for discomfort rather than resist it—because true breakthroughs happen when you stop running and fixing. And in doing so, you realise that healing is something you do for yourself, every day. This is embodied magic and where true empowerment lies.

Debra went above and beyond. Instead of simply pushing trendy items, she took the time to truly understand my preferences and goals. She meticulously reviewed my entire wardrobe, helping me identify what works for the office, what’s better suited for casual settings, and what should be sold or donated.
Thanks to her guidance, I now have a thoughtful strategy for my wardrobe. It’s easier to mix and match, and I’m spending smarted by only buying pieces that fit my lifestyle. Most importantly, I feel more confident and authentically myself evert time I step out of the door. Debra’s expertise is invaluable, and I couldn’t recommend her more!

I came to Deb when I was tired of feeling crappy in my clothes, tired of my look.
In my sessions with Deb, she really showed me the subtle undertones behind my thoughts and choices related to my look, and helped me to enhance the beauty that is already there. She holds an incredible space for everything that comes up, and reflects back the worthiness I have to really choose myself.
Deb is delightful and I’m really, really grateful for what she has given me.
Through her work, I found a journey to myself that was not at all what I expected and there was such a beautiful softening around my own shaming of myself, my worthiness around clothing, my willingness to invest in myself, my talents and gifts.
